Shipping policy

• All orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.

• If an item requires additional handling time, we will notify you by email.

• Canada

We do not ship outside these regions at this time.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight or size of your order.

EU Customers

• No customs fees or import duties apply to EU orders.

• These charges are not included in our prices and are the customer’s responsibility.

• Customs processing times vary and may delay delivery.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.

• All items are packed securely to ensure safe delivery.

• Fragile items receive additional protective packaging.

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by the shipping carrier

• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

• Lost or stolen packages marked as “delivered”

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours and include photos of the packaging and product. We will assist you in resolving the issue.

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, we cannot guarantee changes.
